NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009060-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA7, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and ELLEN R. RICCIO A/K/A ELLEN RICCIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELLEN R. RICCIO A/K/A ELLEN RICCIO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA LEONARD RICCIO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 4, WOODBURY, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
