Unit 15, Wing “F” Northwest, Building B-54, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 52, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4938, page 1523, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Page 100, amended in Condominium Plat Book 43, Pages 94-97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 14th day of May, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
