NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 2, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-012143-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. s/b/m to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee for Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities VII, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Juan Zarate, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 66 AND 67, OF ELLMAN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
