NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2011-CA-014954-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HOMEWARD RESIDENTIAL, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and LORI A. SHEW, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI A. SHEW, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, EH/TRANSEASTERN, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, INDEPENDENCE TOWNHOMES I ASSOCIATION, INC., THE SURVIVING DIRECTORS OF EH/TRANSEASTERN, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, A DISSOLVED COMPANY, are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 303, SIGNATURE LAKES-PARCEL 1B, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 51, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
