NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-005217-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and OSWALDO VENEGAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSWALDO VENEGAS; THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMES INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANTONIO BARAN; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT DROP #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC;; DEERWOOD ASSOCIATION INC.; ; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38 OF DEERFIELD PHASE 2 A, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREON AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 112 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
