NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 012277 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is Plaintiff and IRIS N. QUINTANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRIS N. QUINTANA; VICTOR NUNEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR NUNEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, LESS THE NORTH 38.69 FEET THEREOF AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 9, HOLDEN MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
