NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 09, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019036-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTI- FICATES, SERIES 2006-25 is the Plaintiff and LEONID KAPLAN; LYUBOV KAPLAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; VENETIAN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARCIA BAUTIZTA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
