NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 09, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-017076-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARK ROUSSO; HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 106, PHASE 7, HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7819, PAGE 4894, AS AMENDED BY FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8023, PAGE 1474, ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, TO BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
