NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019483-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JEAN M. WYMAN; ERIC HILLERMAN; LAKESIDE AT LAKES OF WINDERMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE BURDEN SOUTH MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 205, PHASE 4, LAKESIDE AT LAKES OF WINDERMERE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8521, PAGE 607, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
