RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001264-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. VARHOL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The East 200 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 200 feet of the North half of the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 10, Township 22 South, Range 28 East and the South 25 feet of the North half of the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 10, Township 22 South, Range 28 East, less the West 300 feet thereof.
Subject to an Easement recorded in Official Records Book 2542, Page 1031.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
