Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 1, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 27, WEKIVA RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 85 AND 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2103 WEKIVA RESERVE BLVD, APOPKA, FL 32703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 22, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
