NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 5, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-013314-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 22-8, at THE AVALON, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8217, Page 1960, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
