NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-016724-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Emile Lapointe a/k/a Emile J. Lapointe III; Susan Lapointe a/k/a Susan K. Lapointe; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For New Day Financial, LLC; Sand Lake Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 427 SAND LAKE HILLS SECTION FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
