NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 08, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009607-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Jarrett West a/k/a Jarrett N. West; Tracy West, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE WEST 16 FEET OF LOT 4, HIGHPOINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK K, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
