NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-016171-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Ignacio Leyva; Unknown Spouse of Ignacio Leyva; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block B, BISCAYNE HEIGHTS REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book X, Page 114, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
