NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 9, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2010-CA-001745 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC, is the Plaintiff and ALVARO FLORES; JOSEFINA FLORES; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, RUN WEST 175.69 FEET, SOUTH 660 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27, THENCE EAST 175.69 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27, THENCE NORTH TO POINT OF BEGINNING, (LESS THE NORTH 307 FEET THEREOF), SUBJECT TO PUBLIC ROAD OR ROADWAY OVER SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
