Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 154, YOUNG PINE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 131 AND 132 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3608 BENSON PARK BLVD,, ORLANDO, FL 32829; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 23, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
