NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated, March 5, 2013 and Order Resetting Auction dated 16th day of April, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-19928 of the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida wherein JOHN W. CARRY and DAWN C. CARRY are Plaintiffs and JOHN W. CARRY, personal representative For the Estate of MYRTLE LOUISE CARRY, is Defendant. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of May, 2013, at 11:00 am, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes, and as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: the following described real property and personal property, if any, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
