GREEN; TONYA KEMP; SARINA COFFIEL-GREEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NEVADA; PARKSIDE AT ERROL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
