YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
UNIT 9B, ISLANDER POINT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN AND DEFINED ON THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK I, AT PAGES 31A THROUGH 31D, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ISLANDER POINT CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 461, PAGES 299 THROUGH 334, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before May 22, 2013 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
