MITCHELL; PAUL MITCHELL A/K/A PAUL L. MITCHELL; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
