NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 19th, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2009-CA-006646 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and RALPH BOYD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALPH BOYD N/K/A RASA KASPER N/K/A RASA KASPER; FRANK ZACCARO; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICHOLE M ZACCARO; TENANT #2 N/K/A JOAN L. ZACCARO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
