NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001254, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD B. BLACKBURN III, VICTORIA PARK II PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. C/O EMMA DAVILA, SUNTRUST BANK C/O NILSA HERNANDEZ SUNTRUST LEGAL DEPARTMENT, RACHAEL M. BLACKBURN A/K/A RACHEL M. BLACKBURN A/K/A RACHAEL N. BLACKBURN A/K/A RACHAEL NOEL BLACKBURN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, VICTORIA PARK TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12,
PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
