Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-153 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2209, ROSEWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1800, Pages 328 through 431, inclusive, and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
