NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010CA002134, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR31 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. BELL; LAURIE M. DAME A/K/A LAURIE M. BELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; FIRST FINANCIAL BANK, NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 16, FIRST ADDITION TO NAPLES TWIN LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 52 THROUGH 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
