NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004602 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. N/K/A BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ROSANE E. LORIO AKA ROSANE LORIO; GUILLERMO R. LORIO AKA GUILLERMO LORIO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
