NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001511 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and JOEL CASTILLO; JUANA CASTILLO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, NAPLES MANOR ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
