NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0808092CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 9, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 60 THROUGH 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
