NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1882-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GARY BENDICKSON; CLAIR B. PETERSON; CATHERINE J. PETERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel compose of Unit No. E-24, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 558, Pages 262 through 293, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
