NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 15, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-000142 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and JUDITH MENDES DA COSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH MENDES DA COSTA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 1731, ISLANDWALK, PHASE SEVEN “A”, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3677 Yakobi Lane, Naples, FL 34119.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
