NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007284 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS10 was the Plaintiff and MARIA C. ZULUAGA, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 75' OF THE SOUTH 150' OF TRACT 32, UNIT 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
