Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 12-CA1694 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-0PT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-0PT2, is the Plaintiff and NORMA RIMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORMA L. RIMES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT# 1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 1/2 OF NORTH EAST 1/44 OF SOUTH WEST 114 OF NORTH EAST 1/4, OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, LESS WEST 30FT. (4.77 ACRES)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
