Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 112011CA0038220001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and JOHN A. MCMULLIN JR. A/K/A JOHN A. MCMULLIN; AMY J. MCMULLIN; SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, BROOKSIDE, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
