NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. l203599CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TRACY A. DIGIACOMO A/K/A TRACY DIGIACOMO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor lobby area of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 86, QUEENS PARK AT LAGO VERDE, PHASE THREE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 58 and 59, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
