NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002792 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-0A4 Trust, Plaintiff and Amy Lynn Bohaychyk are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2 OF SPLINTER WOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 712, PAGE 1901, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
