NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006455 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Alma Castillo, Irineo Castillo, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8, OF NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
