NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-00097 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gregg Guttuso, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25, BLOCK 78, OF NAPLES PARK, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 10842 VANDERBILT DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34108
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
