NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-02105 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Robert T. DeCoursey, Ginny N. Finley, The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

J-105, THE COTTAGES AT NAPLES BAY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4121, PAGE 3210 THROUGH 3362, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
