NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000980 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Elaine Duchesnay, deceased his/her respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris; Bougainvillas Condominium Owner's Association, Inc.,; and Queens Park Community Services Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 15, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 42, Bougainvillas, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2112, Page 697 through 760, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida .

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
