NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 2012 CC 004965 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 2906, Building 29, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2096, Page 1874, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of June, 2013.
