NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11 2010 CA 000694, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff, and CANDIDA M SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDIDA M. SANCHEZ N/K/A MANUEL SANCHEZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A ROBERT DENNIS; JANE DOE N/K/A LORNA DENNIS, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 97 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 5O, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
