Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2013 in Civil Case No. 112007CA0038520001XX, of the Circuit Co of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD E. CARTER; FRANCINE L. CARTER; JOHN JARVIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendant,.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 113, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
