Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013 and entered in 11-2010-CA-005999 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and ALLEN R. JOSLIN; COUNTY OF COLLIER, FLORIDA ; HELEN M. JOSLIN; CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); CYPRESS GLEN MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 93, BUILDING 21, PHASE XVII, CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3215, PAGES 1554 THROUGH 1666, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3432, PAGES 1, 2 AND 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
