HARRIS' SUBDIVISION, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83.67 FEET; THENCE WEST 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 83.67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1001 12TH AVE WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
