Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 2011-CA-001664 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOMEMORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH PALERMO; NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); ALBERTELLI LAW are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 3810, NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1421, PAGE 431, AND SUBEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
