Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 2012-CA-2122 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN CROMER A/K/A BRIAN K. CROMER; CHRIS CROMER A/K/A CHRIS A. CROMER; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 19, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
