Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 112012CA0010970001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and JOSE LANDIN; MARIA ELENA LANDIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTARTION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); ALBITT SCOFIELD, P.C.
are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT 148, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 78, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
