NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007442 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Maria Diane Canterbury f/k/a Maria D. Sample a/k/a Maria Sample and The Estate of John Gilbert Sample a/k/a John G. Sample, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 18, GARDEN LAKES COURTYARD CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1089, PAGES 146 THROUGH 212, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 155 THROUGH 158, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
