NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001580 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Don Michael Padgett a/k/a D. Michael Padgett a/k/a Michael Padgett are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 45, RYE WILDERNESS ESTATES, PHASE 1, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 102 TO 110, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
