NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-02959 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. Plaintiff, and LEE A. SCHUTTER A/K/A LEE SCHUTTER, BRUCE SCHUTTER, BRIGHT STAR PROPERTIES OF FLORIDA, LLC, BRIDGEWATER BAY PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., AND BRIDGEWATER BAY CARRIAGE HOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO TURTLE BAY III AT BRIDGEWATER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA AS COCONUT BAY II AT BRIDGEWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 4605, OF COCONUT BAY II AT BRIDGEWATER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3640, PAGE 1765, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
